The essential elements of nutrition consist of the at least six elements. Some elements may be categorized as energy elements. These are Proteins , Carbohydrates and Fats. The other elements of nutrition are Water, Vitamins and Minerals.
Each of these elements help the body perform its tasks in their own way, either individually or in conjunction with other nutritional elements.
Regardless of how hard you work out and how consistent you are, if you do not supplement it with a good diet, the efforts are wasted. This post aims to provide an overview and importance of each of these nutrition elements so that you can start working on your diet.
